Calvin Lacy is said to have been well off. Perry County Circuit Court records show that in 1838 Calvin Lacy petitioned the court to be replaced guardian of Phillip Rushing. Calvin Lacy had no children. {The 1830 census shows that Calvin had 3 children.}
