Interment followed in the Corinth Cemetery. Mr. Chalk, a retired factory worker from Decaturville Sportswear, died Wednesday, December 11, 2002 at his residence. He is survived by his wife Mrs. Marie Chalk of Scotts Hill, two sons; Lynn Chalk and wife Ann of Bath Springs and Randy Chalk and wife Jan of Parsons, a sister Ruby Chalk Russ of Sardis and five grandchildren; Jonathan Chalk, Kelly Roach, Dewayne Chalk, Bethany Chalk and Briley Chalk.
