R.Q. Rousey Dies in Wreck Hampton- Ralph Quillan Rousey, 54, husband of Mrs. Ella Butler Rousey, was killed Saturday in an auto accident on highway 701 near Georgetown. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Hampton Methodist Church with burial in Hampton Cemetery. Mr. Rousey was born in Tignall, Ga., son of the late Gordon and Lessie Moon Rousey, and had worked with the State Soil Conservation Service in Conway for 28 years. He and his family had lived in Hampton for the past 16 years and he had been with the Soil Conservation Service in Conway for the past two years. Surviving are his wife; two daughters, Miss Nancy Dee Rousey of Hampton and Columbia and Miss Susan Joye Rousey of Hampton; one brother, Clyatt Rousey of Miami, Fla., and two sisters, Mrs. Claude Baugh of Washington, Ga., and Mrs. Lewis Gunter of Atlanta, Ga.
