Jack Handley was born in Savannah, Tennessee on January 13, 1963 the son of the late Dan Virgil Handley and Anna Sue O'Neal Qualls.
Mr. Handley was a Master Sergeant serving in the U.S. Army for 9 years and the U.S. Army National Guard for 12 years. He had earned his bachelors degree, and was working as a Mate for Southern Towing. He was a member of the Eureka United Methodist Church.
Mr. Handley departed this life on Friday, December 5, 2008 at the age of 45 years; 10 months, 22 days.
Mr. Handley is survived by his wife, Carla Joyce Pevahouse Handley of Savannah, Tennessee, 2 daughters: Kelsey Handley and Keagan Handley of Savannah, Tennessee, a brother: Danny Handley of Savannah, Tennessee, 2 sisters Patti Marshock of Scottsdale, Arizona and Jill Rose of Savannah, Tennessee.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Handley was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Betty Handley and Laura Handley, a grandmother, Emma Handley.
