Wm. N. Ore Malinda Ore To Deed William Atkinson
This Indenture made and Entered into this day of March A. D. 1857 Between William N. Ore and Malinda Ore his wife formerly Malinda Atkinson of the one part and William Atkinson of the other part. Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sun of Twenty four Dollars to us paid have this bargained and Sold and do hereby Transfer and Convey to the Said William Atkinson his heirs and assigns forever all of our individuals Interest, it being one fifth of one sixth Share of a Certain Tract of Land in Said County Containing 160 acres and Bounded as follows: Beginning At a Sweet Gum standing 33 poles East and 426 poles South of the north west corner of Section No. 7. Thence East 154 poles to a maple & Box Elder on the Bank of Tennessee River. Thence up the Meanders of the Same 16 (degrees) West 76 poles to Sycamore & White Oak. Thence West 136 poles to a white oak & white oak pointers. Thence North 79 poles to the beginning. To have and to hold the said individual one fifth of one sixth part of said 160 acres we do covenant with the Said William Atkisson That are Lawfully Sized of Said Interest have a good right to convey and we further covenant and bind our selves our heirs and representatives to warrant and forever defend the right and bind Title to said undivided interest to the Said William Atkinson his heirs and assigns against the lawful claims of all persons Whatever In Witness where of we have hereunto Set our hands and seal the day and date above written
