County of Elbert & State of Georgia being low in health but of Sound
Mind & Memory do make this my last will & testament viz, to my wife
Ann Bullard I give & bequeath for during her natural life the tract
of land I now live on containing one hundred & sixty three acres the
same more or less the household & kitchen furniture with a
sufficient quanty of corn & meat & likewise a sufficiency of
Plantation tools to answer her purpose with George & old Lucy one
horse such as she may choose two cows & calves 1 sow & pigs To Elizabeth Dye 1 Tract of land containing one hundred acres be the
same more or less bounded by land I now live on living(?) on the
south side of Falling Creek beginning at a turkey (?) corner on said
creek thence up a branch to the fishdam road to a post oak corner
thence up said road to Burrel Dyes line thence N84 E12 12 links to
post oak then N6 W post oak then to Edwards line then N59 E a short
distance to a post oak thence S 4? East to beginning to Allen
Bullards I have given four hundred dollars Elizabeth Dye three
hundred & twenty Temperance Woodley three hundred & fifty dollars to
Taply Bullard Ninety dollars which I lent him which sum I Relinquish
to Ann Bullard the widow of Taply Bullard for her I have of (?)
estate I will my Executor to sell Charles, Young, Lucy & Fanny with
the remaining part of horses, cattle sheep, hogs & waggon & gear &
divide it equally between Allan Bullard Sarah Murphy Temperance
Woodly Elizabeth Dye Delilah Cooks children Nancy Butlers children &
Taply Bullards children & deduct what I have before given to Allen
Bullard Elizabeth Dye Temperance Woodley & at the decease of my wife
Ann Bullard to sell the real & personal estate & stock & soforth &
divide it as above directed I do hereby constitute & appoint Shelton
White to Execute this my last Will & Testament given under my hand &
seal this 12th of April 1823

Personally appeared in open court David Hudson, Senr. and David
Hudson, Jr. two of the suscribing witnesses to the written
instrument of writing and being duly sworn saith that they were
present and saw Thomas Bullard sign seal and acknowledge the same as
his last will and testament and that they together with James O
Clark suscribed their names as witnesses to the same all in the
presence of each other and in the presence of the said testator and
at his request and that the said testator was of sound mind and
memory at eh time he executed the same sworn in court this 5th of
May 1823

of Thomas Bullard late of Elbert Co. deceased eleven dollars & eighty nine
cents it being the remained & whole of the distributive share of Tapley
Bullard Jr. my brother & ward of the proceeds of the last & final sale of the
goods & chattels of said dec'd.
I hereby bind myself to refund of hereafter it be discovered that I have
received more than I am intitled to some papers being mislaid which prevents
the ascertainent of that fact with accuracy at the time. Given under my hand
& seal this 2nd day of Jan in the year of our Lord 1835 Thomas B. Bullard,

part of the distributive share of Tapley Bullard Junr. a minor, of the money
arising from the last & final sale of the property of said estate the said
Tapley Bullard Junr. being one of the heirs of Tapley Bullard Senr. who was a
son of said deceased January 20th 1834 Thomas B. Bullard, Guardian for Tapley
Bullard No. 19 December 30th 1830 Rec'd of Shelton White Executor of the last will
and Testament of Thomas Bullard late of Elbert County deceased the sum of one
hundred and sixty six dollars in full of the distributive share of Tapley
Bullard minor of what has been sold of the estate of said deceased the said
Tapley Bullard being one of the heirs of Tapley Bullard deceased who is the
son of Thos. Bullard dec'd. Thomas B. Bullard, Guardian No. 20 Received of Shelton White Esqr. Executor of the last will & testament
of Thomas Bullard late of Elbert Co. deceased eleven dollars & eighty nine

cents it being the whole of my distributive share of the proceeds of the last
