James H. Brawley Funeral services for James H. Brawley, 66, were held Thursday, October 21, 2010 at Parsons Mortuary Chapel with Mitchell Milholen officiating. Interment followed at Lone Chestnut Cemetery. Mr. Brawley passed away Friday, October 15, 2010 in Jacksonville, Florida. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gracie Inman Brawley and Farris Brawley; two brothers, E.T. Brawley and Wylie Brawley; and two sisters, Virginia Brawley and Daisy Webster. Survivors include two daughters, Amanda Butler of Humboldt and Shelia Hunt of Parsons; three brothers, Author Brawley and Brown Brawley of Parsons and Robert Brawley of Kentucky; five sisters, Aline Brawley of Humboldt, Lorene Spain of Parsons, Elizabeth Sherrod of Parsons, Dorothy Dollar of Linden, and Linda Mays of Parsons; and three grandchildren.
