Roger Dale Moore, 73, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at his residence.

Roger was born on June 18, 1948, in Decaturville, TN, to the late Roger Lee Moore and Neva Mae Butler Moore. He was retired from the maintenance with World Color Press and attended Dyersburg Church of God. Roger proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Army and the TN National Guard. He was a Vietnam Veteran, where he was a helicopter crewman and was a member of VVA 995.

Services will be at 4 p.m. Sunday, February 28, 2021 in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Bro. Jim Ennis officiating. Burial will be in Parker's Crossroads Veteran's Cemetery at 10:30 a.m. Monday, March 1, 2021.

The Moore Family will receive visitors from 1-4 p.m. Sunday, February 28, 2021 at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include his wife, Tammy Rose Moore of Dyersburg, TN; a son, Kalin Moore of Alamo, TN; two daughters, Zondra Love (Tim) of Frog Jump, TN and Elizabeth Hendrix of Jackson, TN; a brother, David Moore of Nashville, TN; two sisters, Debra Roberts of Wildersville, TN and Barbara Hatchett of Lexington, TN; six grandchildren, Kerri Love, Jenna Love, Jay Love, Haley Hendrix, Hannah Hendrix and Aaron Hendrix; and a reliable friend who was always there for him, Josh Rose.

Memorials may be directed to Polycystic Kidney Foundation or to Dyersburg/Dyer County Humane Society.
