Paul Rogers Keeton

Paul Rogers Keeton, 79, of Parsons, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 10 at his home after a brief illness.

He was a retired telecommunications supervisor with AT&T and he was a Mason and a US Navy veteran serving in Vietnam.

Paul is survived by his wife, Dolores Gilbert Keeton, of Parsons; four daughters, Lela Jean (Thomas) Deputy, of Palatka, FL, Nancy Frances (John) Minotti, of Palatka, FL, Melissa Autry, of Owassa, OK and Tracie (Bryan) Crawford, of Carrollton, KY; a son, Paul Rogers "Rod" (Glenda) Keeton, of Palatka, FL; and a sister, Bonnie Boroughs, of Decaturville.

He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, Rebecca (Tony) Maya, Anthony (Leeda) Fricker, Rachael (Yhwh) Johnson-Ellis, Jennifer (Jonathan) Klinge, Christopher (Julia) Ennis, Stacy (Ibra) Ward, Stephanie Ennis, Abbey Minotti, Everett Minotti, Laini Anderson, Cole Crawford, Ross Crawford, Stone Autry and Presley Autry; and 14 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Frances Mullis Keeton; parents, James Bonnie and Lela Georgette Keeton; two brothers, Bonnie Leon and Robert Ben Keeton; and a son, Steven Anderson.

A memorial service will be held at Reed's Chapel, Decaturville, at 1 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 13 with Bro. Johnny Owens officiating. Burial will follow at Bear Creek Cemetery.

Visitation will be Friday 11 a.m. until service at Reed's Chapel - Decaturville.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are requested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
