H. Joe Gifford H. Joe Gifford, 56, of Florence, passed away May 10, 2008. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, May 13, 2008, at Greenview Funeral Home. A memorial service celebrating his life will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 14, 2008, at Greenview Memorial Chapel, with the Rev. Donnie McDaniel officiating. Joe served four years in the U.S. Air Force, was a self-employed welder and machinist and loved hunting, fishing and camping. Joe was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Ruth Gifford, and his brother, Bill Gifford. He was a loving husband to Region and father to David. He is survived by a brother, Jimmy Gifford, and half sister, Sandra Raulerson. He was also an uncle and brother-in-law who was thought the world of by them as well as his many friends. Arrangements are by Greenview Funeral Home. |
