Grady Montgomery Hurt

Grady Montgomery, formerly of Scotts Hill, owner of Montgomery Flying Field, near Jackson, was injured there last Sunday when a plane he was driving crashed to the ground because he had taken off without warming his motor sufficiently. He suffered a broken right arm, fractured skull, internal injuries and the loss of one eye, and grave fears are entertained for his life. He is not related to the Lexington Montgomerys but is a son of Richard [correction: Marion J.] Montgomery of Decatur County.
