The News Leader, Parsons, TN, November 14, 2001, Page 6 Allie M. Culp Campbell Funeral services for Mrs. Allie Mae Campbell, age 91, were held Thursday, November 8, 2001 with Bro. Glen Scott officiating. Interment followed in the Hopewell Cemetery. Mrs. Campbell, a retired school cafeteria manager, died Wednesday, November 7, 2001 at the Decatur County Hospital. She was a member of the Hopewell Baptist Church. She is survived by two sons, Danny Culp of Parsons and Ben Frank Culp of Houston, TX, and three daughters, Drucilla Kate Markus of St. Louis, Mo, Jean Swift of South Haven, Miss., and Charlotte Tuten of Memphis, one brother, Cecil Kindle of St. Louis, Mo, ad fours sisters, Ava Collier and Monnie Bennett, both of St/. Louis, Mo, and Willie Paula Ivey of Parsons and Dorothy Kay of Los Angeles, CA, eleven grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren. Mrs. Campbell was preceded in death by her husband Dossie Campbell and her parents, Ella J. Fisher Kindle and Henry O. Kindle. Friends and family members were active pallbearers. |
