She retired from the Milan Arsenal and she was a graduate of Decatur County High School.Surviving Family: Daughter - Amelia Welch-Wierzbicki (Hirsch)Sister - Alice Faye Hanna Ms. Welch was preceded in death by three sisters, Louise Welch, Virginia Stafford and Katherine Bolerjack.Memorials may be directed to the First Assembly of God Church in Milan, TN 38358.
