Reaple Brasher Reaple "Polly" Phillips Brasher, 73, Erin, died July 21, 1992 at Trinity Hospital. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, July 23, at Boyd-Decaturville Funeral Home Chapel, Decaturville, with the Rev. John Welch officiating. Burial was in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Bath Springs. She was a native of Decatur County, a daughter of the late Issa Phillips and Myrtie Montgomery Phillips. She was retired from U. S. Rubber Co. in Milan and was a member of Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church. Survivors include her husband, Fess Brasher of Erin; one son, Jerry Brasher of Atlanta; one daughter, Joyce Brasher Davis, Baton Rouge, La.; one brother, Kenneth Phillips, Erin; two sisters, Ola Mae Morgan and Marjorie McCorkle, both of Decaturville; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Tony Phillips, Robert Lee Brasher, J. C. Brasher, Thomas Dwayne Yarbro, Junior Morgan, J. W. Brasher, Harold Montgomery and Wayne Dennison.
