Pauline Orr Mrs. Pauline Orr, age 91, of Decaturville, passed away Thursday, November 13, 2003 at Decatur County General Hospital in Parsons, TN. Mrs. Orr was born in Decatur County on July 24, 1912, the daughter of the late Jessie W. and Mary Jane (Luna) Blount. She was retired teacher in the Decatur County School System and a member of Decaturville First United Methodist Church in Decaturville, TN. She was the widow of Ralph Orr and Tom Ellison Malcolm. She was also predeceased by two brothers, Gene Blount & Joe L. Blount and one sister, Eva White. She is survived by two daughters, Judy Boyd of Alabama and Rose Mary Parisi of Maryland; a sister, Martha Robertson of South Carolina; two grandchildren, Scott Griffin of Hendersonville, TN and Kirsten Petersen of San Diego, CA and five great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at Decaturville First United Methodist Church in Decaturville, TN at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 15, 2003. Interment will follow in Decaturville Cemetery. Visitation will be today from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. at Reed's Chapel - Decaturville.
