Elizabeth Sherrod Obituary Martha Elizabeth Sherrod, 74, of Seagonville, TX, passed away Saturday, Dec. 28, 2019, at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. She is survived by her son, Charles Drescher of Austin, TX; one daughter, Marsha Jene Alta of Dallas, TX; three brothers, Author Farris Jr. Brawley, Brown Brawley, both of Parsons and Robert Lee Brawley of KY; two sisters, Linda Mays and Dorothy Dollar, both of Parsons; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother, Gracie Mae Brawley; father, Author Farris Brawley; brothers, Elmer T. Brawley, James H Brawley and Jerry W. Brawley; sisters, Daisy Webster, Mary Priest, Virginia Brawley, Ailene Brawley and Eva Peter Spain. Funeral services were held Sunday, Jan. 5, 2020 at 1 p.m. at Parsons Mortuary Chapel. Burial followed at Lone Chestnut Cemetery in Bath Springs, Tenn. |
