The News Leader, Parsons, TN, August 7, 2002, Page B-2 Barrett - Adkisson Mr. and Mrs. Phil Barrett are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Ashley Marie to Steven Felt Adkisson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Adkisson of Bath Springs, Tennessee. The couple will unite in marriage at 5:30 P.M. on August 17, 2002. Music begins at 5:00 P.M. Ashley is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Keylon Barrett of Parsons, Tennessee, Mr. Pete Olsen, the late Ms. Mary Olsen and the late Ms. Louise Nolan, all of Pensacola, Florida. She is a 1997 honors graduate of Riverside High School and a December 2000 graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Ashley also graduated cum laude with a Masters degree in Accounting in June 2002 from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She is a member of Delta Gamma sorority. Steve is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Adkisson of Bath Springs, Tennessee and Mr. and Mrs. Earl Moody of Scotts Hill, Tennessee. He is a 1998 graduate of Riverside High School. Steve graduated cum laude from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in May 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics and Transportation. He is employed at Buck Lumber Company in Scotts Hill. A reception will be held at the Decatur County Fairgrounds Building immediately following the ceremony. All friends and family are invited to attend the ceremony and reception. Invitations are being sent to out of town guests only. |
